The Willow Collective, PLLC
Therapy for Service and Identity
About The Willow Collective
I bring both clinical experience and lived perspective to my work as a mental health therapist. I have supported children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including veterans and active military members, individuals in high-responsibility roles, LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating trauma, substance use, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My background in the military and subsequent career in high-demand environments informs my understanding of resilience, stress, and the psychological impact of complex systems.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I take time to understand the full context of your life, your identity, values, cultural background, and the environments you move through, including work, family, and community. Together, we explore how these experiences shape your well-being and create space for meaningful, sustainable change.
